Sign up is on a first come first serve basis due to limited openings, so please arrive early. We will close registration promptly at 11:00 or sooner if all spots are filled. *Please check our website for availability starting April 10th at 5 p.m.
Only the parents, legal guardian or a relative (21 years or older) of the child can register a participant, we cannot allow a friend or older sibling to sign your child up for you. Bring your child’s/children’s doctor name & phone number and payment with you. |
